GameRevolution is looking for a lead writer and contributing writer to join our team. We’re looking for motivated candidates who are passionate about video games, and who will help elevate the site to new heights in 2021 and beyond.

The job details are below:
Lead Writer
The lead writer will be tasked with producing eye-catching, discussion-provoking written content for GameRevolution. This writer should be well-versed in modern video games and the community and culture surrounding them. We want someone who can spot an engaging story, craft a great headline, and inject an article with personality.
This is a part-time, freelance, work-from-home role.
Responsibilities:
- Write 80 articles (300 words each) per month
- Take on occasional feature assignments such as reviews and previews (monthly output will be adjusted to reflect this additional word count)
- Play games (provided by GR) pre-release to produce content related to them
- Adhere to GameRevolution’s style guide and SEO best practices
- Pitch topics to editors
- Take assignments from editors
