There are a lot of Spider-Man: No Way Home leaks, potential spoilers, and rumors doing the rounds, especially following the long-awaited release of the first teaser trailer — which created more rumors than it answered. Major speculation concerns Spider-Man: No Way Home Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire cameos in particular, but also the nature of the new magic suit. Will there be Spider-Man: No Way Home Venom or Daredevil appearances, too?
Spider-Man: No Way Home Leaks: What are the rumors?
Here are all the major rumors and leaks regarding Spider-Man: No Way Home, with many more undoubtedly to come.
Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire return as Spider-Man
The biggest rumor, which is of yet unconfirmed, is that there will be multiple Peter Parkers in No Way Home, including the return of both Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire. As the trailer revealed, the movie definitely deals with Peter (Tom Holland) going into the multiverse and features the return of Spider-Man 2’s Alfred Molina as Doc Ock/Otto Octavius, so this is a rumor that could very well be true. Andrew Garfield is doing his best to deny it and confirms that the video below is PhotoShopped/deep-faked, but the speculation makes too much sense here.

Venom/Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy)
It seems possible that No Way Home might finally feature at least a cameo appearance by Tom Hardy as Venom/Eddie Brock. This week Hardy met with director Lin Oeding (Braven), who posted a now-deleted picture on his Instagram page showing the actor wearing a production hat for Spider-Man: No Way Home. Oeding actually was the stunt director on Spider-Man: Homecoming, so he has an MCU connection too. Furthermore, the post-credits scene for Venom: Let There Be Carnage is getting a lot of attention and may connect directly to No Way Home, which releases two months later.

Magic Multiverse Suit
The new black and gold suit Spider-Man wears in No Way Home has had a lot of rumors about it, including a possible connection to the Loki Disney Plus show, but it does seem to be a suit that allows Peter Parker to navigate dimensions with the help of infused magic from Doctor Strange. Promo art confirms that it’s magical in nature, and it seems to be shooting portals.

Daredevil/Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox)
One of the longest-running rumors is that the version of Daredevil/Matt Murdock from the Netflix series, played by Charlie Cox, will appear in No Way Home — which would mark the first appearance of any of the Netflix Marvel characters in the regular movie Marvel Cinematic Universe, if correct. Reportedly Cox would not appear as Daredevil but would instead represent Peter Parker as his lawyer, something Matt Murdock has done in the comics. The trailer shows a character dressed a lot like Murdock who does not show their face, and Cox hasn’t denied he is in the movie.

The Sinister Six
The trailer seems to tease the full appearance of the villain collective known as the Sinister Six, which Sony has been trying to make a movie out of since Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man run — they were heavily teased in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, for example, before Sony pulled the plug on that version of the franchise. The trailer definitely features both Doc Ock and Green Goblin, with possible appearances by Sandman, Electro, and Lizard. A leaked No Way Home LEGO set (below) shows Spider-Man in his new black/gold suit fighting Vulture (Michael Keaton) and a giant scorpion — Spider-Man villain Scorpion/Mac Gargan (Michael Mando) appeared in the post-credits tease for Homecoming but hasn’t been seen since.
