Microsoft to Unveil Star Wars Kinect Game

Well this makes sense! Microsoft has been using the Force and Jedi mind tricks, to push Kinect into homes across the globe. It's worked. Except there aren't any decent hardcore titles.

Microsoft looks to change that at next Monday's big E3 press conference, where they'll be showing off a Star Wars Kinect title for the very first time.

Word comes from Spike TV and GTTV's Geoff Keighley, who has been teasing Spike's coverage of Microsoft E3 press conference:

Yes, Star Wars for Kinect will officially be unveiled live during the Xbox 360 E3 briefing on Spike. Tune in on June 6 for more.

Sounds cool and all, but how can Kinect replicate the lightsaber experience without placing anything in your hands? We can see how it would work with the PlayStation Move, but Kinect being hands-free and all, it doesn't quite jive.

I guess we'll know for sure on Monday morning, where we'll be live at Microsoft's E3 Press Conference. Stay tuned for live-blog details and any new announcements leading up to the big event.

Updated we will keep you, young Jedi.
