Deathloop Fast Travel: Can you warp to map markers?

There’s a lot of ground to cover in Deathloop, which has many players wondering if they can warp to map markers. So, is there a Deathloop fast travel system on PS5 and PC? Here’s the lowdown on quickly getting around the four districts of Blackreef: Updaam, The Complex, Fristad Rock, and Karl’s Bay.

Can you fast travel in Deathloop?

Deathloop fast travel

Players can warp between the four Blackreef districts in Deathloop. After entering a district, however, there is no Deathloop fast travel system for quickly reaching map objective markers.

Each of the four districts, in addition to Colt’s home base of operations, isn’t that big in terms of pure landmass. They’re all incredibly dense, however, as players can enter most buildings and many have multiple stories. Exploring is key to mastering Deathloop’s maps and effectively eliminating all of the Visionaries; as a result, a fast travel mechanic could be counterproductive.

Although reaching the exit point after each level (some of which are quite short) might get annoying, there’s no way to avoid it. It is possible to speed up the process by sprinting around and using the Shift Slab to teleport short distances, though. While this might speed up the process, it is also a surefire way to alert enemies to Colt’s presence. In the long run, this can cause problems that elongate the process if players aren’t careful.

Slow and steady usually wins the race in Deathloop, especially as levels don’t feature a time limit. While each loop limits players to four district visits — Morning, Noon, Afternoon, and Evening — there’s no need to rush during gameplay. Players can explore at their leisure without fear of the loop resetting because they’re taking too long.
