Is the Google Pixel Pass worth it, or should I buy a Pixel 6 outright?

The devices financed without Google Pixel Pass are:
- Pixel 6: $24.96/month
- Pixel 6 Pro: $37.46/month
So, the Google Pixel Pass adds roughly $20/month to a Google Store financed phone. It’s worth noting that this subscription is only available to Google Fi users, so it’s already off the table for those using another service.
Whether or not the Google Pixel Pass is worth it depends on how much someone uses the services offered. Those that use YouTube and YouTube music often will likely appreciate the ad-free experience, and there’s a good selection of games and apps on Google Play Pass. Subscribers can also look at the $5 off Google Fi service per month as a deduction from the overall cost of the Pixel Pass.
However, the Pixel Pass shouldn’t be treated as if customers aren’t paying for the perks at all. It is an extra $20ish a month, and many won’t find almost doubling their monthly payment very appetizing.
