Madhouse Mode - The hardest difficulty available.
Albert-O1R Handgun - A weapon capable of one-shotting opponents.
The Secrets of Defense Handbook - Reduces damage taken when blocking.

By completing the game on Madhouse Difficulty you will unlock Infinite Ammo.
