Penn Badgley returns to the lead role of Joe, starring alongside a slew of new faces for You Season 4. They include Charlotte Ritchie as Kate, Lukas Gage as Adam, Tilly Keeper as Lady Phoebe, Amy-Leigh Hickman as Nadia, and Ed Speleers as Rhys.
