The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom dark clump is an essential ingredient for a list of recipes that grant gloom resistance. Exploring the depths in TotK is quite difficult, even with gloom-resistant armor that lowers the rate that Link will get gloom sickness. But he will still gradually lose hearts the longer that he is exposed to gloom, so cooking Miasma Guard gloom-resistant food from dark clumps is a good way to gain even more protection from it. With that in mind, here are all the dark clump recipes that you can cook in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

In addition, you can add 1 milk, 3 dark clumps, and any dragon horn for 30 minutes of gloom resistance. It’s not a special dish or anything, but it does have one of the longest gloom-resistant durations that we know about.
The only way to obtain Dark Clump ingredients is to trade 10 Poes for 1 Dark Clump at Bargainer Statues. Fortunately, it’s pretty easy to collect Poes while you travel from one Bargainer Statue to the next.
It’s important to note that the Dark Clump is also an essential material to upgrade the Depths armor set from Tier 1 to Tier 2, so you may want to focus on the armor first before making those recipes.
