The now free-to-play Naraka: Bladepoint on PC is asking some users to disable HVCI KMCI during the game’s installation, which is something players should be concerned about. HVCI KMCI, otherwise known as HVCI_KMCI, is another name for Memory Integrity, a feature in Windows Security that protects attacks from inserting malicious code into high-security processes. Any game that asks you to deactivate security features on your computer should rightfully be met with suspicion.
