There are so many MSQ bugs that Amazon Games has compiled them all into a list. At the time of writing, the developer has recognized issues with numerous missions including A Shadow Falls, Rage of the Mammoth, Secrets of the Heartgem, Brimstone Sands, Azoth Staff V, Presage Pier, The Invasion of Artemis, A First Step of Many, and Covenant Paladin Tier (from 5 to 6). This is according to the official Known Issues page for New World, as last updated on October 5, 2023.
It’s unclear if there are more main story quests that have been impacted by the bug, but the issue is pressing enough that Amazon Games recommends that players not contact customer support. The developer promises that a fix is being worked on, meaning that players should expect a patch or hotfix in the coming weeks.
The developers also recognize that there are problems with the Season Pass and that there are players who are unable to get past the Amazon Games logo.
