A new week means a new chart from the UK. It’s always interesting to see what sells well. We know now that Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy has claimed the UK’s number one spot for the second week in a row. Indeed, last week, the remastered trilogy shot to number one following its release on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
Crash Bandicoot’s sales were over that of the new Jurassic World Evolution title. This entered into the UK charts at number two. It seems that people are very keen on Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The Xbox One version outsold the Switch edition of the N Sane Trilogy this week – the opposite of what occurred across Europe. The UK’s newest top ten can be read below (numbers in brackets denoting the game’s place last week):
- Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy (1)
- Jurassic World Evolution (New)
- The Crew 2 (2)
- Fifa 18 (3)
- Mario Tennis Aces (4)
- God of War (5)
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (6)
- Far Cry 5 (10)
- Star Wars Battlefront 2 (7)
- Fallout 4 (9)
While FIFA 18 and Fallout 4 still manage to make it into the top ten every week, there is one notable absence here. Grand Theft Auto 5. The GfK Chart-Track shows us that GTA5 slipped out of the top ten and into 12th place. A big drop for the game. Another new title, Red Faction Guerilla Remarstered, entered into the top twenty, claiming 20th place. The only way we see FIFA 18 slipping out of the UK’s top ten is after FIFA 19 comes out. We don’t want to see FIFA 18 slip out the top ten, however, as it is coming home (don’t know if you’ve heard).
Does everyone in the UK finally own a copy of GTA5 and Fifa 18? Will Crash Bandicoot hold onto the number one spot for the third week running? Find out these answers, and more, same bat-time, same bat-channel.
