Publisher Digerati has announced Fall of Light: Darkest Edition for PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The story-driven dungeon crawler will launch for consoles later this summer. The game will also be getting a limited edition physical release for PS4.
The limited edition physical version will be distributed by Eastasiasoft via Play Asia. Pricing, release date and other information will be released at a later date. Darkest Edition will be a console exclusive and it will feature all of the original content from the PC release and some brand new content.
Fall of Light‘s publisher, Digerati has released an overview of the game, as well as some of the new additions that will be making their way into the Darkest Edition. Console players will finally be able to enjoy the story-driven action RPG, which is set within a world consumed by darkness. Players step into the shoes of Nyx, an old warrior who has set off on a dangerous journey with his daughter, Aesther. She is an “indigo child” who radiates luminescence.

Fall of Light released on PC last year and some people felt that the game was like Dark Souls meets ICO. The game currently has a mixed response on Steam and a score of 69 on Metacritic.
Fall of Light: Darkest Edition will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC later this summer. The original release of Fall of Light is available now on PC.
