Xbox One launches today, bringing with it a handful of cases of broken hardware. Users are reporting issues with the console's disc drive. YouTube user Gabriel Ortiz posted the following video showcasing the problem.
As you can see, when the disc is inserted, it results in a horrible sound that just makes my heart sink for the poor kid. Here's to hoping none of you wonderful GameRevolution readers encounter this problem.
