Pokemon x Irregular Choice Goes Wild With Over-the-Top Designs

A new line of Pokemon x Irregular Choice items have been revealed, which include a wide array of Pokemon-themed clothing and accessories. Among the items that will be sold as part of the line are footwear, bags, socks, tights, and more, all of which feature various Pokemon creatures and vibrant colors.

What is the Pokemon x Irregular Choice collaboration?

The collaboration between Pokemon and the popular London-based fashion brand is not the first Pokemon clothing line but it is certainly one of the most over-the-top.

As part of the official Pokemon x Irregular Choice collection that launches on April 29, there are a number of limited edition products that include colorful heels that feature Squirtle, Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Jigglypuff along with a 3D model of Pikachu. There’s also a pair of Walk It Out sneakers that resemble Converse high tops, but have a design that has a Poke Ball tongue and the three original starters alongside Pikachu and Butterfree.

More offbeat products encompass a second pair of heels with a terrarium built into the heel that houses a Squirtle in one foot and an Eevee in the other. There are also multiple handbags with different Pokemon on the designs, a selection of slip-on shoes, socks, and vibrant pink tights with a giant Pikachu jumping on them.

Finally, the Pokemon x Irregular Choice line has several scarves to round out the collection. Those who want to jump on the chance to grab some of these products will have to act quickly, though, as several items are already out of stock.

It’s set to be a busy year for Pokemon in 2022. Following the launch of Pokemon Legends: Arceus in January and Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl late last year, the end of 2022 will see Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet hit store shelves. These open-world remakes are coming exclusively to Nintendo Switch and will include three new starter Pokemon.

In other news, a new leaked video for Skull and Bones has shown new footage of multiplayer and gameplay, while the Balan Woderworld director Yuji Naka has spoken out following his lawsuit with Square Enix.
