Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Trailer

New Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Trailer Is Releasing Tomorrow

Nintendo has announced a new trailer for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will release tomorrow (June 1). The official Pokemon Twitter account revealed the news: “New #ScarletViolet trailer drops tomorrow!  You read that right, Trainers. Tune in to our YouTube channel at 6:00 a.m. PDT on 6/1 for the latest on Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet!”

When is the new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer releasing?

It will be an early rise for fans hoping to catch the new footage in the US. The new Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer will drop at 6 AM PT/9 AM ET/1 PM GMT.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet were announced for Nintendo Switch in February this year, at the end of the Pokemon Presents Showcase. The three-minute reveal trailer surprisingly showed a decent amount of what to expect with the ninth generation of Pokemon games. Similarities were made with last year’s Pokemon Legends: Arceus, showing an open world and Pokemon roaming free. It has also been confirmed several classic Pokemon will be returning in Scarlet & Violet, including the legendary Pickachu, Magnemite, Meowth, and Psyduck.

In February, with the initial reveal trailer, developer Game Freak announced a “late 2022” release window. As Summer Game Fest 2022 and the full gaming announcement season commences, it seems likely to have information on a concrete release date for Scarlet and Violet during tomorrow’s blowout. However, with games being delayed often in recent times, a 2023 release date could be a possibility.

In other news, the Xbox Game with Gold for June 2022 has been leaked ahead of an official announcement, including games some may be unfamiliar with, such as Super Meat Boy. A 7-day trial returns to the eShop for Nintendo Switch Online, giving players the chance to experience online play on the Nintendo Switch for a limited time. Meanwhile, FromSoftware has announced the PC online servers for Dark Souls 3 are returning soon and will reimplement them in more Dark Souls games, too.
