Square Enix announced a new entry in the Dragon Quest franchise during Sony's pre-TGS event earlier today. The game is titled Dragon Quest Heroes and it will be launching on both PlayStation 3 and PS4 in 2015.
Development studio Omega Force is handling development, a team that has worked with Koei Tecmo in the past to create some of its Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors games. As such, it should come as no surprise that the game won't be a traditional JRPG, but instead a more action-centric experience.
There's currently no word on whether or not this game will get localized for the western audience, so keep your fingers crossed until we hear more.
