There it is, an asterisk. The word is pronounced just the way it looks. First as-ter-isk. Note the order of the letters in isk. It is not said like "Ass Tricks," but apparently no one told that to the narrator of this trailer:
He boldly declares that "The Ass Tricks WAR!" is on.
Also, it's not a Japanese thing, because it's written a-su-ta-ri-su-ku. There is nothing with an 's' after that 'k.'
