Resident Evil Mansion Unreal Engine 4

Tour Resident Evil’s iconic Spencer Mansion recreated in Unreal Engine 4

The Spencer Mansion is one of the most iconic gaming landmarks of all time. We’ve had the chance to see the setting of the original Resident Evil several times, but this fan created version of the building in Unreal Engine 4 might be the best yet.

YouTuber Brent Little put together the Spencer Mansion from the 2002 Resident Evil remake in Unreal Engine 4 over a period of 11 months. Unfortunately, only the front hall is complete, but just that one room is enough to make me hope for a FPS remake of Resident Evil remake (Resident Evil remake remake?).

With this year’s Resident Evil 2 remake releasing to critical acclaim, being a fan of the series has never been better. The rumored impending announcement of a Resident Evil 3: Nemesis remake has me on pins and needles. Fortunately, I can enjoy this preview of what a modern Spencer Mansion could look like and daydream until we get a new Resident Evil game.
